Jesuit Spiritual Retreat (at Seven Fountains Jesuit Spiritual Center, Chiang Mai, Thailand)
This is a stay-in silent retreat. Individual or group retreats are available where the spiritual director can guide you in spiritual prayer.
The retreat aims for you to find and speak to the Lord more easily with deeper connection in a silent atmosphere, including a journey in the Christian prayer labyrinth providing sacred space.
If you prefer, a Jesuit may accompany you too. Thai meals and food will be provided.

Fasting (at Tao Garden Health Spa and Resort, Chiang Mai, Thailand)
This is a stay-in detox program. It has its own Medical Clinic with eastern and western treatment choices. Your 3-day weight loss detox and fat burning program include fluid diet, detox therapy, colon hydrotherapy and slimming massage.
Freshly prepared food in its kitchen is halal-certified by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand. Resort guests can enjoy organic Thai and Chinese dishes, including vegetarian and vegan dining options, at the Kwan Yin Dining Hall.
The resort has Taoist features and optional Qi Gong practice in the morning.

Meditation (at Wat Umong, Chiang Mai, Thailand)
This is a stay-in retreat and meditation program supervised by English-speaking monks in Wat Umong, Chiang Mai.
The old temple was established in 1296 and is widely known as a meditation center with devout Buddhists from around the world to practice meditation amid its peaceful atmosphere and minimalism structure.
ONLY 1 breakfast in the morning (same time with the 
monks). 
Please note there are no air con rooms as it is an authentic monastery experience.

Wood Carving Class (half-day) Wood carving classes as art therapy involve using the medium of wood and carving tools to create sculptures or carved objects as a means of therapeutic expression. Art therapy, in general, aims to enhance emotional well-being, foster self-discovery, and provide individuals with a non-verbal outlet for communication. Wood carving engages multiple senses, providing a tactile and kinesthetic experience. The process of feeling and shaping the wood can be grounding and calming. Wood carving classes can offer a range of benefits within the context of art therapy – get started on learning the basic skills and special tools to do wood carving today! Printing Class (half-day) Printing class as art therapy typically refers to using the act of creating visual art through printing techniques as a therapeutic outlet. Art therapy, in general, involves using the creative process of making art to improve and enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals. Printing class can encompass various techniques such as block printing, screen printing, or even digital printing. Do you want to know how to print beautiful designs onto textiles? Learn the art of design and printing on T-shirts, textiles, and handbags. Put on your hands-on skills to print your own T-shirt and bring home your unique designs! Flower Arrangement (half-day) Flower arrangement as art therapy involves using the creative process of arranging flowers to promote emotional well-being, relaxation, and self-expression. The practice incorporates elements of nature, color, and design to create aesthetically pleasing arrangements. Modern and classic flower arrangements with fresh flowers will brighten up your day. You will learn the art of colour contrast and use fresh flowers to make beautiful bouquets to brighten up your day. Ceramic Class (half-day) Ceramic classes as art therapy involve using clay and various ceramic techniques to promote emotional well-being, self-expression, and personal growth. Working with clay in a therapeutic setting allows individuals to engage in a hands-on, tactile process that can have numerous mental health benefits. Pottery and ceramics are beautiful creations from our own hands. Learn how to use your hands to make creative art pieces from the masters!

Cacao Farm and Chocolate Workshop (half-day trip) Join us for a guided farm tour to see real cacao trees and fruits that make your favorite chocolate. Learn the cacao fermentation and drying process. You will have your personal hands-on experience to Mould your own chocolate under the watchful guidance of chocolatiers and bring home your favorite chocolate products. Note that lunch is not included in our fees. You can choose your lunch from the food and drinks menu on the farm. Mountain and Nature trip (1-day trip) Take a one-day outdoor trip to experience nature, mountains, waterfall, and gardens. We will take a comfortable 4-wheel drive (4WD) car to Doi Inthanon National Park, which has the highest point in Thailand at 2,565 meters above sea level. Our trip includes mountains, short easy-level walking trail, waterfall and visit to organic farms. You can choose your lunch based on the fresh products from the farm. Note that lunch is not included in our fees. There is a large variety of farm food that you can choose from the lunch menu.

Restore body health and balance to specific reflexology points on the feet that correlates with internal body organs. The workshop fees include a wooden Thai reflexology stick, study manual, full-day lessons with hands-on practices, and certificate of attendance. Head-and-Neck Massage Workshop (1 day) USD$200 per person Office Syndrome is caused by poor posture, prolonged sitting, and repetitive joint movements. Many people suffer from neck pain, back pain, headaches, eye strain and constant fatigue. Learn how to soothe your symptoms with tension-relieving skills. You will learn massage and stretching on acupressure points of the neck, shoulder, back, arms and hands to restore their functions to the comfort zone. The workshop fees include a wooden Thai reflexology stick, study manual, full-day lessons with hands-on practices, and certificate of attendance. Woodcut and Printing Workshop (1 day) USD$200 per person Visit the home studio of master artist Srijai Kuntawang, including his chicken farm and sheep house. He was previously Assistant Professor from Graphic Arts Division in Rajamangala Institute of Technology in Chiang Mai, before his retirement to become an independent artist at Mae Taeng Studio. He is famous for woodcut print technique with the use of wood carving tools, and the monoprint technique where watercolors are painted on a metal plate to be transferred to printing paper. This is a fun technique that anyone can create, and you can bring home your own printed artwork after the workshop. Lanna Lai Kham Art Workshop (1 day) USD$250 per person Visit the Jai Yong Art Gallery and the studios of Associate Professor Lipikorn Makaew, who is a renowned teacher from Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture, Rajamangala University of Technology in Chiang Mai. He is an accomplished award-winning artist and musician, has multiple national and international arts exhibitions of his creative work, and received several awards including the Robinson Bright & Charm Awards 2012, and the Outstanding Chiang Mai Folk Artist Award in the 25th Bua Luang Art Exhibition 2010. Learn the unique gold-infused Lanna-style lacquer craft and painting technique that was used in Buddhist temples and historical buildings over hundreds of years. Understand how the Lanna Lai Kham technique is used on paper, cloth bags or T-shirt. You can also bring home your own unique artwork after the workshop to display your talent.
